Tristar Tata Motors is hiring Female Customer Relationship Executives (CRE – Service) to provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth service experience. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and service-related queries.

Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.

Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction.

Coordinate with the service team for timely vehicle delivery.

Resolve customer complaints professionally.

Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

Only Female Candidates

Any Graduate

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Experience in customer service or the automobile industry is an added advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
