You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
Job listings, AI-assisted resume review and ATS scoring, career and skill suggestions, mock interviews, certifications, and a community where users can post and message each other. Features may change, and free credits or limits may be adjusted, as the product develops.
Career, salary, skill and resume suggestions are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. Treat them as a starting point and verify anything important before you act on it. They are not professional, financial or legal advice.
Jobs are gathered from public sources and from employers who post them. We do not run the hiring process and cannot guarantee that a listing is current, accurate or genuine, nor that applying will get you an interview or an offer. We never ask for money in exchange for a job. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for a fee, do not pay — report it to us instead.
You keep ownership of what you upload. By posting it you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service — for example showing your public profile to other users or to search engines. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, obscene, spammy or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not upload another person's personal data without their consent.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
The service is supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third parties and their presence is not an endorsement. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
To the extent permitted by law, BeInCareer Genie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings, or loss arising from your reliance on AI output or on a job listing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
