Job Description
We are hiring Senior Process Associates for the US Insurance Back Office (Non-Voice) process. Candidates with experience in US Insurance operations are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle US Insurance back-office processes efficiently.
Work on Certificate of Insurance (COI), Policy Checking, Policy Issuance, Policy Renewals, Quoting/Rating, Audits, Benefits, Claims Management, Document Retrieval, Notice of Cancellations, and Endorsements.
Maintain high accuracy while processing documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Follow company quality standards and turnaround time.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Flexibility to work in night shifts.
Eligibility
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with 1+ year of experience in US Insurance Back Office are highly preferred.
Experience in Quoting/Rating is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
