Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree (Any) – Pass Candidates Only

Job Responsibilities

• Work as a trainee in various production/manufacturing operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety guidelines.
• Assist in machine and production-line operations.
• Maintain quality standards during the production process.
• Follow workplace discipline, 5S practices and safety procedures.
• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
• Maintain proper attendance and follow shift timings.
• Learn and perform assigned tasks under the guidance of supervisors/trainers.

Stipend Structure

ITI Candidates

1st Year: ₹15,500 + Attendance Reward ₹1,000 + Retention Reward ₹7,500 (once in 6 months) + Night Shift Allowance

2nd Year: ₹16,000 + Attendance Reward ₹1,050 + Retention Reward ₹10,000 (once in 6 months) + Night Shift Allowance

3rd Year: ₹17,000 + Attendance Reward ₹1,100 + Retention Reward ₹12,500 (once in 6 months) + Night Shift Allowance

Diploma / Degree Candidates

1st Year: ₹16,500 + Attendance Reward ₹1,000 + Retention Reward ₹7,500 (once in 6 months) + Night Shift Allowance

2nd Year: ₹17,000 + Attendance Reward ₹1,050 + Retention Reward ₹10,000 (once in 6 months) + Night Shift Allowance

3rd Year: ₹18,000 + Attendance Reward ₹1,100 + Retention Reward ₹12,500 (once in 6 months) + Night Shift Allowance
