Job Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations as per work instructions and SOPs.
- Handle basic assembly tools and equipment.
- Assemble components accurately according to specifications.
- Perform basic quality checks during the assembly process.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices at the workplace.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Achieve assigned production targets while maintaining quality.
- Report defects, machine/tool issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of a production/assembly team.
- Maintain discipline and follow shift timings.
Basic Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of assembly/manufacturing processes
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Quality and safety awareness
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good discipline and learning attitude
Stipend
ITI: ₹14,000/month
Diploma / Degree: ₹16,400/month
