Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers.
• Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Meet customers, generate leads, and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or 3-Year Diploma holder.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, or Cross-selling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a willingness to travel within assigned locations.
