Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire safety systems and equipment.
Handle installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
Conduct regular inspection of fire safety equipment.
Identify technical issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
Carry out servicing and maintenance of fire safety systems.
Assist in installation and servicing of fire extinguishers and related safety equipment.
Visit customer locations for installation, inspection, and maintenance activities.
Ensure all work is completed according to company safety and quality standards.
Maintain service records and installation reports.
Report technical problems and equipment requirements to the supervisor.
Coordinate with customers during service and maintenance visits.
Follow workplace safety procedures while carrying out technical work.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Support the team during emergency/service requirements when needed.
Requirements
Knowledge of Fire Safety Systems.
Basic knowledge of installation and maintenance procedures.
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
ITI/Diploma in Fire & Safety is preferred.
Previous experience in fire & safety/technical service will be an advantage.
