Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers entering the store.
Guide customers regarding store sections, counters, and basic services.
Respond politely to customer queries and direct them to the appropriate staff.
Assist customers with basic information about store facilities and services.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the lobby/entrance area.
Support the store team during busy hours and peak customer flow.
Help manage customer movement at the entrance and lobby area.
Coordinate with security and other store staff whenever required.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and workplace guidelines.
Maintain professional behaviour and provide a positive customer experience.
Perform other store-support activities assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass
Age: 18 to 35 years
Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in a retail/store environment.
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Willingness to work for 9 hours per day.
