Key Responsibilities
As a NAPS Trainee, the candidate may be involved in:
Supporting day-to-day activities within the assigned manufacturing/production department.
Assisting experienced team members in production and operational activities.
Following standard operating procedures and company safety guidelines.
Supporting quality and process-related activities as assigned.
Maintaining discipline and following workplace policies.
Handling basic tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes under supervision.
Supporting the team in achieving production and quality targets.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.
Learning automobile manufacturing processes and operational procedures.
Reporting work-related issues to supervisors or team leaders.
Performing other responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should be 18 to 30 years of age.
Diploma / B.Tech qualification is required.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
Basic understanding of technical concepts is preferred.
Good discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn are expected.
Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a team.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and company instructions is essential.
