Job Opening: Store Associate (Pickers, Packers, Loading & Unloading)

Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, load, and unload goods efficiently within the store.
- Maintain accuracy and speed in processing daily store orders.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of store inventory.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary + PF + ESI: ₹14,000/- per month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/-
- Leave Encashment: ₹830/-
- Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
- Incentives: Extra incentives based on performance
Shift Details (Rotational)
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Below 28 years (Male candidates only)
