3. KITCHEN STAFF – Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Kitchen / Food & Beverage Staff
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bubble teas, milkshakes, sandwiches, waffles, snacks, and other menu items according to BABICHA recipes and standards.
• Prepare and serve ice cream while maintaining proper portion sizes and presentation.
• Follow standard recipes and preparation procedures consistently.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain proper food storage.
• Ensure all food and beverages are fresh, hygienic, and properly presented.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, preparation area, counters, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Operate kitchen and beverage equipment safely and correctly.
• Check ingredients and inform the Manager about low-stock items.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
• Keep utensils, machines, counters, and work areas clean throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently during busy hours and handle multiple orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the counter/service team for timely order preparation.
• Follow opening and closing cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist with other outlet duties as assigned by the Manager.
