JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage customer orders from processing to dispatch.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and delivery activities.
• Verify orders for accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Track order status and resolve basic issues.
• Maintain order records and reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
