JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Explain service procedures and estimated work to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle inspection and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain service-related records.
• Monitor the service process and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.
• Ensure proper communication with customers throughout the service process.
