• Prepare and verify project bills as per project requirements.
• Handle invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and supporting documents.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor billing activities.
• Perform billing reconciliation and verify payment-related records.
• Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams.
• Maintain accurate billing and financial documentation.
• Prepare regular billing and financial reports.
• Ensure billing activities are completed accurately and on time.
• 2–5 years of experience in Project Billing, Finance, or Accounts.
• Experience in preparation and verification of project bills.
• Knowledge of invoices, POs, work orders, and supporting documents.
• Experience in vendor/subcontractor billing and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Infrastructure / electrical project billing experience preferred.
