JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM MEMBER
POSITION DETAILS
• Company: Babicha Ice Cream & Bubble Tea
• Position: Team Member – Ice Cream & Bubble Tea
• Job Location: CMR Central, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam
• Qualification: Basic Degree with Fluent English
• Experience: Freshers are welcome
• Training: Training will be provided
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Work Type: Full-time
• Shift: General Shift
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM
• Break: 1.5 hours
• Weekly Off: 4 rotational offs per month, excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare bubble tea and other beverages.
• Prepare sandwiches and other food items.
• Scoop and serve ice cream.
• Handle basic food preparation and outlet activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Assist customers and provide good customer service.
• Support the team in day-to-day store operations.
• Follow assigned shift timings and outlet procedures.
