JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM MEMBER

POSITION DETAILS

• Company: Babicha Ice Cream & Bubble Tea

• Position: Team Member

• Job Location: Beach Road, Visakhapatnam

• Qualification: Basic Degree with Fluency in English

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Job Type: Full-time

• Duty Hours: 10 Hours per Day

• Store Timings: 11:00 AM – 12:30 AM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare bubble tea and other beverages.

• Prepare sandwiches and other food items.

• Scoop and serve ice cream.

• Assist with food preparation and other outlet activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet.

• Handle customer orders and provide good customer service.

• Follow food safety and quality standards.

• Support daily store operations and work as part of the team.

• Follow assigned shift timings and company procedures.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

• Break Shift: 11:00 AM – 12:30 AM with a break

• Shifts will be assigned as per store requirements.

• No weekly off on Saturday and Sunday.

• 4 weekly offs are provided in a month.
